Highly recommend tech came early after checking to see if we were available very pleasant and professional.Brandon had a good working knowledge of my system and was able to install my new thermostat as well as a new board. Brandon was quick and efficient and removed all garbage when work was completed

We went on vacation and came back and our hot water heater was not working. Folkes Brothers came out for a service call and told us that we needed a new one. John was extremely knowledgeable and quickly reached out to the manufacturer and confirmed that it was covered under warranty. John made some calls, took out the old one and replaced in the same day. Great service! We will be using your service going forward. Thanks again!

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable technicians. We placed a call on a Friday am and Folkes Brothers was able to squeeze us in. Brandon arrived in the afternoon. Despite being a friday, he did not rush. He spent time explaining the issue and sharing his knowledge. He was courteous and a pleasure to meet.

I just moved into a new home. I discovered the kitchen sink was leaking but I couldn't find it. Off to Google I went. I found Folkes Brothers. Let me say that not only were they pleasant over the phone but extremely professional when they came to my home. They fixed the leak and installed a new faucet!!! I will be calling them only for any future needs!!!

We bought a house and the zone valves on the heat were busted. Folkes came out same day and replaced. Wasn't super cheap by any means, but quality work and professional.

Folkes Brothers did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my central ac. Everything from the estimate to the scheduling to the installation was so easy and enjoyable. The entire process was perfect. The new ac looks and performs amazing. I couldn't believe all the work was completed in just one day. They took their time and cleaned up everything that you wouldn't even have known they were there. Dustin showed me inside and outside how everything on the new unit worked and I greatly appreciated that. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Dustin and Folkes Brothers to anyone who needs there services!!!

I had my brother refer Folkes Brothers Home Services. I needed them for a repair to a malfunctioning electrical thermostat and Brandon the technician came over to repair the problem and did everything necessary to repair the problem and get me up and running with heat and a/c unit. Very good customer service and technician. I watched him and he explained everything that was wrong. Excellent Company !
